Tokio Hotel es un grupo de música alemán, sus integrantes son: Georg Listing (nacido el 31 de marzo 1987,18 años), en el bajo; Gustav Schäfer (nacido el 8 de septiembre de 1988, 17 años), en la bateria; Bill Kaulitz (nacido el 1 de septiembre de 1989, 16 años), en la voz y su hermano gemelo Tom Kaulitz (nacido 10 minutos antes que su hermano), en la guitarra.

Cuando se conocieron, decidieron formar una banda llamada 'Devilish'. En 2003, el grupo firmo por la discográfica de Peter Hoffmann y poco después firmo con Sony BMG en Hamburgo. Luego se cambiaron el nombre a 'Tokio Hotel' Significado: 'Tokio' por ser una ciudad muy grande y conocida en la que apenas hay alemanes y 'Hotel' porque la banda constantemente tiene que andar de hotel a hotel y se ha convertido ya en un símbolo para ellos.

Esta banda es única, Tokio Hotel, se está labrando su carrera, paso a paso. Quieren contar historias, describir sus emociones, y cantar sobre el dolor, el miedo, y también sobre la esperanza. Quieren reflejar todos estos sentiemientos, desde la vida real, sus experiencias.

Entraron directamente al nº 1 de las listas europeas con su primer single “Durch den Monsun” (A través del monzón), oro en Alemania, y Austria, varias nominaciones como mejor nueva banda, a premio como Echo, Comet y otros en Alemania, las mejores críticas en los paises de habla alemana, y Polonia, hacen de esta historia un éxito antes casi de empezar....

Después de alcanzar el doble disco de platino en Alemania, platino Austria, y oro en Suiza, otros paises como la República Checa, Hungría, España, Holanda, Japón o Francia, comienzan el trabajo con esta banda.
